I received an email from someone asking me about organizing their Facebook friends. This person has been using Facebook for awhile and they were starting to accumulate a lot of friends and were finding it hard to keep up with all the conversations on their news feed.
Well, there is a way to organize your friends and this tutorial is a response to the email question that I received.

Hey Tim, Great tip! I did know about creating the lists but not until I had quite a few friends already so it’s best to start doing this as soon as possible otherwise it can be a little overwhelming. If you haven’t though, just get started going forward and do the easy to identify first.

Nicely done Tim. I’ve created several list and some of my friends are on more than one. It allows my to follow conversations by topic as well as just friends. Again Tim great job for many need this information.

This is a very helpful post for someone looking to be organized on Facebook. I have been using the list feature for quite awhile and have found it very helpful. Thanks for providing the info for those that aren’t aware of the benefits of this.

Hey Tim,
Organizing friends on Facebook is one of my bug bears!…I have also been using lists for a while and now have two many lol. I need to streamline them when I get a chance. But I am glad that I have them.
This is a great video tutorial to anyone who is new to the Facebook list.

Organizing by lists is a really helpful way to keep from getting lost on FB.

Great tip, Tim! I’ve been using this feature and it sure does make a big difference. I always go straight to see the updates of my friends that I want to keep up with before I get lost in the regular feed. Saves a lot of time. Great video – loving your video tutorials

Thanks for the tip on organizing Facebook friends.
There are so many different thing we can do as marketers to utilize Facebook to it’s full capacity but sometimes the only way to learn some new stuff is to actually network with other people such as Tribes like you mentioned.

I am fairly new to FB and just found your video. I am curious as to whether this would work with fan pages as well? I have several businesses I would like to fan but am afraid that my home page would be cluttered with them!!
