EmpowermentIt’s extremely important if you can discover how to empower yourself to become everything that you would like to be. It is very important that you manage your life and not permit somebody else to dictate everything. This is extremely important just because everybody needs to discover how to handle life and deal with their daily routines for themselves. When you were younger and under your parent’s the roof, you were told everything that you should and shouldn’t do, but when you left, you needed to discover how you could empower yourself so that you could make the correct choices.

The biggest issue that most individuals have is the fact that they don’t know what to do with their choices. They have no idea what it takes to live a great life simply because everyone has told them what to do, but you can change. Everybody has the strength to change, but are you prepared to do it? When it comes to self-empowerment you have to determine what it really is that you would like from life. What is it that you have to have to feel complete? Is there anything that you’ve always wanted to possess or do? Once you have found your purpose, you’ll then need to look at yourself for the empowerment. There are a lot of lucky individuals who have tons of people supporting them and their decisions, but there are a great deal of individuals who do not. For people who do not have a support system, you have to look deep inside yourself and determine what it really is that you can do for yourself. You’ll need to ask yourself what is your motive and find strength and power within that. You also have to think about the advantages and how you’re going to really feel whenever you accomplish your objectives. You have a lot of motivation you just need to define yourself, your goals, and also the benefits that you seek.

There isn’t much to say on how you can empower yourself. It’s all about inspiration. When it comes to motivation you’ll find that your family, your friends, your bank account, your life demands are all factors that you will find yourself doing something or not performing it. We are even influenced by the things that we hear on the radio or TV. The mass media has a great deal of energy when it comes to inspiration, nevertheless, you also need to give some. You have to provide yourself some motivation to locate inspiration.

As soon as you discover that inspiration that you need to change, you will discover yourself enjoying life and reaping the benefits of all of the great choices that you’ve empowered yourself to make. You will also find at times where you will mess up and make a bad decision, however, you will learn something from your mistakes and might even end up discovering even more motivation for your actions. There is also a lot that you will discover from life and if you open yourself up to new possibilities, you’ll in no way find yourself regretting it. Regrets are wasteful too! Why should you allow a regret to hold you back when there is generally nothing you can do to make it right. When something bad occurs, we need to discover the positive in it and learn from the mistake and move on.

Being positive is a large aspect of giving you empowerment.

You’ll need to become positive about life and your options, along with, the consequences. Whenever you discover how to look on the brighter side of life, things and events will just seem to fall into place. You will get a great deal of self-esteem from this and you will be able to really empower yourself to complete whatever it is that you feel you’ll need to complete.

There are a lot of methods that you can implement to put empowerment and change into your life. You just need to be positive about yourself and the opportunities that you’re given. You need to become available to the whole world and all the wonders of it. You need to be open to new ideas and new possibilities.

When you don’t welcome change, you end up in the backseat of an endless ride. You don’t want to be a wanderer, but you want to become somebody who ventures for more. It’s hard to accept change. Change takes a person out of their comfort zone. It takes an individual out of their safety and reliance of knowledge. Sometimes it is good to be comforted by familiarity, but then there are times when you’ll need something new in your life.

To empower yourself you’ve got to be positive about life. You’ve got to see and acknowledge yourself for who you are, but you ought to never settle for who you are. You can always alter your life, nevertheless, you just have to empower yourself to create the change. For people who are looking for much more out of life, you’ll get more from life. The crucial part to finding empowerment is in you. You have to ask yourself why it is that you do not want to alter your life, and then ask yourself if there is something that you wish you could change about yourself. If you don’t believe that your life is ideal, then you need to take notes on some things that you would like to have in your life after which you would then write down the motives for you wanting the change.

In the motives you will find energy and strength in reaching for what it is that you want. You will find a great deal of things that you will not be able to alter, but you will find many more things that you can change. The crucial part to empowering yourself is to open up to the change and know the difference between the things that you could change and also the things that you can’t change. Life doesn’t have to be boring or rough. You have total control over your destiny.

If you think that, then what will you do for your destiny? What are you currently destined for? These are just some of the questions that you might like to ask yourself. In the answers, you’ll find motivation and assistance for you personally to go after change and acknowledge your life as a continuous changing thing. In the truth, you’ll discover “empowerment” and you’ll really feel different just wanting to alter some elements of your life.

It is extremely important that everyone accepts change sometime in their life; this is the only way that you will ever have the ability to empower yourself to be successful in life. It’s very important that you accept life as it is and go with the flow simply because you’ll possess a more satisfying life then if you were to ignore change. Empowerment and change is extremely important to your achievement in all aspects of your life.

Empowerment is the key factor for our businesses. We can learn everything under the sun, but we are the tool that makes it all happen.
We have to perfect it all the time. Thanks for writing this awesome post Tim. People need to keep themselves’ in check by changing whatever flaws they have, by challenging themselves, etc.

    Well Said Tim!

If we can find our reason “why?”… whatever that may be, YOU WILL BE UNSTOPPABLE!

Too many people complain about “others” having all the “lucky” breaks in life. More often then not it’s not luck, but rather simply a matter of… as Louis Pasteur noted so many years ago… that “Chance favors the prepared mind.”

Prepared with the right attitude, desire and determination… there’s nothing we can’t do. Thanks Tim, for putting those “good vibes” out there… the world could use more of that!

    regards, Chris

      Hi Chris,

Thanks for stopping by. Your comment is so true. Rather than complain about what you don’t have, empower yourself to go get what you want.

You have a whole lot in this piece to mull over and apply.
But I did want to comment on one strong statement: “You have total control over your destiny.” I prefer to moderate such statements with “you have some control over your destiny.” Realistically, I cannot stop a meteor from landing on my house. I may have a lot more (though not total in my case) control over how I react to what destiny brings to me.” Makes me think of the serenity prayer -
    God, grant me the serenity
    To accept the things I cannot change;
    Courage to change the things I can;
And wisdom to know the difference.

Learning to have gratitude more and more flood my thinking is my present goal.

      Hi Richard,

Thanks for the comment. Although I was speaking about controlling the decision that you make which does have an effect on what happens to you in the future, I can appreciate what you said.

    Hi Tim,
Yes! Empowerment comes from within and is a reflection on our belief in our ability to create whatever we choose. I like how you stress the importance of positivity. Indeed, self-doubt serves as a road block towards personal empowerment. I’ve found that self-knowledge is vital towards empowerment. When we are in tune with our self – our needs, wants, and desires – we can take action towards manifesting it all.
Thanks for a great post, Tim :)

    Tim,
Great piece on empowerment. We do have the choice of how we interpret and look at life. This main element gives us the strength to power through any obstacles that are placed before us because we look at them as part of the process of growth.

We learn through doing, not by sitting back and waiting for life to toss us here and there.

    Love it!
    Val :)

    Tim,

I believe the only way to teach is to lead. I am empowered and by empowering myself and seeing it as my duty to be empowered, I get to be a demonstration to others. Being around others taking this responsibility on as well, it not only is enjoyable to be around, it is really refreshing to take on ANY task. Everything becomes possible, even the seemingly impossible. It all starts from within – just as you stated!

    thanks TIm, Lisa

Empowerment is the key to controlling your own destiny, Tim.

And like Lisa commented, the leadership you develop needs to be shown through example first and foremost.

This is certainly some great advice, Tim. Thanks!

    Hi Tim,
Thanks for pointing out how important it is to be in a place where you feel internally empowered. One of the true gifts of leadership is to empower others to belief in themselves and move outside of their own comfort zones.
This is where one can live a truly extra-ordinary life!

This is a reminder to me that i should not give up the fight. I have to just keep pushing and pushing and pushing till i get there. I was afraid of change at first but i realized that there is nothing i can do about it. Change comes, i just have to flow with it. I have to adapt whether i like it or not. I better adapt as early as possible. The earlier i adapt, the better for me.

    Thanks for sharing, Loic

    Tim,

You have raised a lot of issues here that are virtues of character with self confidence. So often we are aware of the need or desire for these virtues, but lack in the ability of taking the necessary action to stay focused until achieving the shift or change. Finding a positive influential friend, coach, consultant that can keep you focused and moving forward in the journey helps. Also, releasing the negative influences in your life that do not serve you well and embracing more positive people, events and experiences will guide you towards feeling empowered.
Thanks for sharing your words of wisdom and inspiration, Tim.

Tim, change is a key ingredient when it comes to empowerment. Early in my life I was fortunate to have someone teach me about change. You said it best,”When you don’t welcome change, you end up in the backseat of an endless ride.”, we see this in our culture where people have not welcomed change and they get left behind.

Tim, thanks for this post on empowerment.

    Hi Tim,

thanks for the thought provoking article.

Empowerment for me is a moment by moment choice.
When I am aware that I am not feeling so good I look for thoughts which feel just a little bit better, even if it is just something like: ‘It is all just temporary. This too will pass.’

    Have a great day!
